The rates on the pricing page are our current prices. A turnover is priced in a range by unit size and by the condition the tenant left the unit in, and appliance interiors are added at the ranges listed. The smallest job starts at $170. Supplies are included and there is no trip fee.

The exact price is set after seeing the unit or reviewing photos. Ranges depend on condition, size, and any add ons. Prices can change; the price that applies is the one agreed when the job is booked.

The total the site shows is worked out from the published rates using the answers you give it. It becomes a booking once we reply and confirm the unit and the date.

We work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Same day work is possible when there is room on the schedule. We follow your access instructions, and keys and lockboxes are returned the same day.

If any part of a clean does not meet your expectations, tell us and we return to correct it at no charge. A job is not considered complete until the unit meets your standard.

Payment can be made the day the work is finished, by invoice due within 15 days, or as a deposit up front with the balance at the end. Volume rates for managers sending several units a month are agreed case by case.

This site describes our services and prices in good faith, and we keep it current. Some photographs show the standard we work to rather than a specific unit we cleaned. How we handle what you send through the forms is set out on the privacy page.
