Privacy and Cookies

Only what you type into the request form or the contact form, and only when you press send. That is usually your name, company, phone number, email address, the property address and details about the unit or office.

In the categories California law uses, that is identifiers (name, phone number and email address) and commercial information (the property and the work you are asking about). We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as a Social Security number, financial account details or precise location.

Only to answer you, schedule and carry out the work, send before and after photos and maintenance notes, and invoice for the job. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use what you send for advertising.

The forms pass what you send to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards it to our email. Web3Forms handles it only to deliver it to us. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which serves the pages.

Nobody else receives it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

We keep your messages in our email for as long as we work together, and after that for as long as our business and tax records require. You can ask us to delete them sooner, as described below.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, it stores nothing in your browser, and the fonts and video are served from this site rather than another company's servers. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or decline.

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify you or to follow you across other sites.

Because this site does not track you, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has nothing to switch off. We treat every visit as if that signal were on.

We do not sell or share personal information, as those words are defined in California law, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. There is nothing to opt out of, so this site has no opt out form.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email freshturnproperty@gmail.com or call (916) 566-9266. We confirm the request comes from you by matching it to the email address or phone number we already have, and we respond within 45 days.

Someone you authorize in writing can make the request for you. Using any of these rights never changes the price or service you get.

This site is for property managers, owners and businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
