Special Cleaning is one level above Heavy. It applies to every unit size, from a studio to a 4 bedroom, at the same price.

Where It Sits Against Heavy
Three conditions on the rate table, then two levels above them.
Heavy is for strong buildup, stains, or neglect requiring extra scrubbing and wall touch ups. Heavy is priced by the size of the unit, on the turnover rate table.
Standard Special Cleaning is for units heavier than Heavy but still in normal condition. It covers a full kitchen detail, a full bathroom detail, floors, baseboards, light wall cleaning, a light trash out, and extra time beyond Heavy.
Premium Special Cleaning is for extra heavy or problem units. It includes everything in Standard, plus the inside of the oven and fridge, more wall cleaning, more scrubbing, a larger trash out, and extra time for buildup.
The Special Heavy Cleaning Add On
There is also a single $85 add on, Special Heavy Cleaning, for any unit that needs extra time beyond Heavy: strong buildup, stains, grease, or extra scrubbing. There is only one $85 add on, and it is added to the unit rate.
How the Level Is Decided

Photos of the kitchen, the bathrooms and the floors are usually enough. If not, the unit is seen in person.
The Level and Price Are Set
The exact price is set after seeing the unit or reviewing photos. Ranges depend on condition, size, and any add ons.
The Unit Is Cleaned to That Level
The full turnover checklist, the extra work the level includes, before and after photos, and anything needing maintenance reported in writing.
