FreshTurn Property is owner run. The person who picks up when you call about a unit is the person who puts it on the schedule and sees it through.
The Business
FreshTurn Property cleans apartment turnovers first, and offices on a recurring schedule. When a tenant moves out, the unit has a narrow window to be emptied, cleaned and ready to show, and the whole schedule is built around hitting that window.
Behind it are more than 15 years of professional cleaning, move out and turnover work included, with training in OSHA safety and chemical handling. The business works out of Elk Grove, CA for property management companies, with room for six to eight units a week.
The Promise
Reliable, high quality turnover cleaning at a published price, on the day agreed when the unit is booked. If any part of a unit falls short, we come back and correct it free. A property manager should be able to hand over a unit and stop thinking about it.
What We Will Not Do
No painting, no flooring, no repairs, and no handing your unit to whoever is free that day. If a unit needs a trade, we tell you in writing, with photos, rather than covering it with a cleaning invoice.
